If the provider does not file the claim on your behalf, you will need to submit the claim yourself. ​

This can be done either via Secure Messaging on your Memberhub Portal, or you can print out and fill out your claim on paper. See the video below on how to navigate to the Secure Messaging Platform.


Accident and Critical Illness

If you ever have an accidental injury or are diagnosed with a critical illness, we want to help you request your cash benefits from your policy!​

All claims need to be submitted within 30 days following the Injury or Diagnosis.
